Over lunch today we put our deposit down on the new place. That’s a relief. Now, the chain of reactions can begin.
We’ll get the keys two weeks from today (and pay both the prorated and first month’s rent — EEK!). The next morning I check in for surgery.
Let the packing begin. We started purging already, too. He hauled a load of stuff to Goodwill this evening and the plan is to try to do that daily.
